A player/coach style leader, Mary drives to enable environments that allow designers to soar. In the first half of her career, she owned a consultancy where she revitalized and built brands. After many years as a solopreneur, an opportunity to build an experience design capability at Target was presented and she couldn’t pass it up. So began her corporate adventures as a design leader.
